Return Process

  Contact our dedicated Care Team via email or our online portal within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles are tightly sealed, and clearly mark the outside of the box with your provided RMA number.

  Ship It Back

  Send your return package using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team to ensure your return is documented and received safely.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
